GET STARTED AT FAIRVIEW
Welcome to Fairview! We’re glad you’re here. In the coming months, you’ll be learning many things about your new job. But first, it’s important that you learn some Fairview employment basics.

NEW is currently being held virtually

Four Steps to Getting Started at Fairview

  1. Complete the New Employee Welcome session on your first day.
  2. Talk to your manager. Ask them about your site, where you go for day number two, your department and/or role-specific orientation process. Nurses: Ask your manager about Nursing Core Orientation.
  3. Complete your mandatory education and corporate compliance training. This is the information our accrediting agencies identify as needing to be reviewed annually by all employees. We review this information not merely as a requirement, but as a basis for creating a culture of patient and employee safety. Modules have already been assigned to you and must be completed within 30 days. See the Mandatory Education & Employee Development tab below for details.
  4. Enroll in a retirement savings plan or benefits (if eligible). See the Benefits, Payroll and Perks tab below for details and complete within your first 31 days.
