Lawson Employee Self-Service
Lawson is the single place for managing employee records (personal and employment information) and transactions. It’s also where you view your online pay statements.
We’ve created a quick guide for new hires on how to add your mailing address, view and understand your paychecks, set up direct deposit, and other helpful information as you get started at Fairview.

Security and Emergency Management
All employees are now automatically enrolled in Everbridge to receive the FV Alerts for their home site via their work email. Staff can use their Fairview login credentials to enroll personal devices to receive alerts here. Learn more about the Faiview Emergency Management system below.
Technology
One of the first steps in getting started with the organization is setting up your access. When setting up your technology access, you’ll need to create passwords for different systems. See a high-level summary below.

Independent Passwords
- LMS: First time password: “newLMSpassword1;”, once you have completed ClaimID, you will be able to log in using Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Jobs/Careers: Create on site, does not expire
- P-Card/Out of Pocket Expenses (if applicable): Create on site, expires every 90 days
Off-network Access Instructions: Multi-Factor Authentication
- Employees will need to be registered for multi-factor authentication (MFA) in order to access the intranet (intranet.fairview.org) when not on a Fairview network. Instructions for adding MFA and FAQs are located here.
Information Security
- Cybersecurity in healthcare involves the protecting of electronic information from unauthorized access and use. Keep our patients’ and organization’s information safe by becoming familiar with Information Security.
