Please complete and submit this form to enroll a participant in an Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) session.

IDI Sessions: four weeks prior to the session enrolled participants will receive a link to complete an online assessments. The responses to the assessment will be used to create an individual profile. The participant will attend a session with other team members from the organization. After the session they will reach out to set up a 1:1 meeting to review their personal profile. **Please note that four weeks lead time is required to attend an IDI Open-Enrollment Session**
