What Skills Will I Gain?

Everyone who takes the IDI is given guidance to further develop their cultural competence and can use it as a tool for self-reflection and self-and-other awareness. By participating in IDI, you will receive a unique individual profile report and an individual development plan. We encourage you to visit our IDI webpage to learn more about the IDI assessment and what to expect.

Required Components

Prior to the webinar: you will need to take the IDI assessment which consists of 50 questions and takes around 15-20 minutes to complete. 

After the webinar: you’ll meet with a licensed IDI Qualified Administrator in a 45-minute, private 1:1 meeting where you’ll receive your personalized IDI profile and development plan.
