 DE&I Community of Practice

The DE&I Community of Practice (CoP) is a space to feel supported and empowered in your development journey.

The CoP is virtual, meets quarterly, and is open to individuals who have completed their IDI individual debrief. Talk to your IDI facilitator to learn more.

 

 

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are voluntary, employee-led groups whose aim is to foster a diverse, inclusive workplace.

Instructor Led Webinars

OD&L offers several instructor-led, live webinars on DE&I related topics. You can either attend an open enrollment session (best for individuals) or as a leader you can register your team.

Connecting Through Generations: Understand the different generations present in today’s workplace and learn tactics to improve connection, engagement, and communication.

Recognizing and Responding to Microaggressions: In this webinar, you’ll explore the meaning of microaggressions and build skills for responding whether you are a recipient, source, or witness.  

Understanding Implicit Bias: This session will provide guidance in determining what your individual implicit biases are, how they are formed, and how to address them.
