Leader as Teacher

As a leader, you are called to help lead your team through challenging times. OD&L offers resources in a “leader as teacher” (LAT) format which are pre-designed learning sessions you can easily complete with your team in one hour or less.

How Does LAT Work?

Prep for your session by reviewing the resources (~1 hour): If you wish to meet with one of our consultants to help you prepare, visit our Consultation Services page and complete the request form.

Organize your team session (~10 minutes): Create your meeting and invite your team members.

Hold your team session (~ 1 hour): Sessions are designed to be 50-60 minutes.

Fairview offers you and your family members free, short-term counseling, referral and support services. You and/or your family members may use up to six short-term counseling sessions per year.
